Summary: This video was developed as part of the Success Skills curriculum. The communication module is a key part of the boarder Success Skills series, aimed at improving employee performance and development. This video emphasizes how strong communication supports goal setting, collaboration, and every day effectiveness.

Challenge: Communication challenges like unclear expectation or feedback gaps often contribute to performance issues. The curriculum needed a concise, engaging way to help employees identify and model value driven communication.

Solution: Using synthesia, I developed. targeted video that showcased and reinforced practical habits like active listening and clarity. It was designed to complement performance reviews and development planning in PeopleHub.

Result: The video helped standardize expectations across teams and supported ongoing coaching conversations. It became a quick reference tool that reinforced communication as a foundational skill within the company’s performance culture.

The flexibility module falls under the umbrella of judgment and problem solving, showing how adaptability support effective decision making.

Challenge: Flexibility can be difficult to define and apply in practice, especially in high pressure or rapidly changing environments. Employees needed clear guidance on how to remain adaptable without compromising performance or decision quality.

Solution: I created a short, relatable video using Synthesia that walks through practical examples of flexibility in action. The content ties back to performance expectations in PeopleHub and encourages reflection on how to improve adaptability in the workplace.

Result: The video became a useful resource for self assessment and coaching conversations, helping employees better understand how flexibility enhances judgment and contributions to problem solving under pressure.

Pictory.AI Project

Summary: As a part of the Problem Solving for Emerging Leaders course, this video introduced participants to the foundational step of effective problem solving: defining the problem. Using the McKinsey method, participants analyzed a relatable scenario involving a family on a Friday evening. The activity challenged them to identify potential core issues and craft clear problem statements through group discussions. This exercise was designed to highlight the importance of framing problem accurately as the first step in the problem-solving process.

Challenge: Emerging leaders often struggle with pinpointing core problems in complex situation, leading to inefficient solutions and unclear communication.

Solution: Participants worked in groups to identify possible problem definitions over a 10-minute discussion. They then shared and refined their problem statements as a larger group, leveraging collaborative insights to clarify their understanding.

Result: Participants gained confidence in their ability to define problems clearly, a critical first step in solving real world challenges. Feedback indicated that the relatable scenario and group discussions made this skill practical and memorable.

Pictory.AI Project

Summary: In line with the Problem Solving for Emerging Leaders course, this video expanded on the McKinsey method by introducing participants to structuring problems systematically. Through the Alpha Manufacturing Case, participants explored hypothesis and issue tree approaches, applying these frameworks to break down and analyze a business problem. This exercise built on earlier lessons by demonstrating how structured problem-solving leads to actionable insights.

Challenge: Many leaders face difficulty organizing complex problems in a way that enables clear analysis and solution generation, particularly without a systematic framework.

Solution: Participant spent 10 minutes working in groups to structure the manufacturing case study problem using either a hypothesis or issue tree. The group reconvened to discuss their approaches, sharing insights and evaluating the effectiveness of each method.

Result: Participants reported a deeper understanding of structured problem solving frameworks and how to apply them in real-life workplace scenarios. The exercise reinforced the value of systematic thinking, improving their ability to break down complex issues into manageable components.
