Summary: I designed and developed this course for a nonprofit daycare center to ensure staff followed consistent, safe, and efficient bottle servicing procedures as part of their daily routines. The course provides a step-by-step guidance on the proper process for preparing, handling, and cleaning bottles in a daycare setting. It is designed to help caregivers follow safe, hygienic, and consistent practices, ensuring compliance with childcare regulations and supporting infant health.
Challenge: New and existing staff needed a standardized training resource to reinforce safe and efficient bottle serving procedures. Without structured guidance, inconsistencies in handling and sanitation practices could pose risk to infant well being.
Result: The course provided a clear, accessible training tool for daycare staff, ensuring all employees followed a consistent and safe approach to servicing bottles. It helped improve compliance with health and safety regulations and reduced errors in bottle preparation and handling.

Summary: The project focused on enhancing the onboarding experience for internal employees at Azalea Health through the creation of a captivating eLearning curriculum. The meticulously crafted curriculum, consisting of 40 custom courses, earned consistent 5-star ratings from participants. The content covered Azalea's mission, vision, core values, cultures, basic workflow, job responsibilities, and performance expectations to provide a comprehensive introduction to new hires.
Challenge: The challenge involved developing an onboarding curriculum that not only conveyed essential information but also engaged and resonated with participants. The goal was to create a curriculum that offered profound insights into the organization, fostering a deep understanding of its workings. Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) was crucial to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the content, making the onboarding process meaningful for new employees.
Solution: The project addressed the challenge through a collaborative effort with SMEs, incorporating their deep domain knowledge into the curriculum development process. The curriculum, designed using the well-regarded ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), aimed to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience. The emphasis was on conveying not only factual information but also the organizational culture and values, ensuring a holistic understanding for new hires.
Result: The results were highly successful, with the 40-course curriculum consistently receiving a remarkable 5-star rating from participants. New hires gained profound insights into Azalea Health, understanding its mission, vision, values, workflows, and expectations. The commitment to excellence was evident in the meticulous development process, and the curriculum effectively conveyed the collaborative spirit of different departments contributing to the company's overall success. The project's outcome reflected a successful blend of accuracy, engagement, and organizational culture, significantly improving the onboarding experience for internal employees at Azalea Health.
Personality Quiz

Summary- This personality quiz was designed to offer a fun, engaging way for employees to gain insight into their unique strengths and communication styles. Loosely based on the DISC model, it features symbols representing distinct personality types- Flame, Heart, Start, and Compass. The quiz provides a memorable experience that emphasizes self-awareness and team dynamics, helping employees better understand themselves and their colleagues.
Challenge- The challenge was to create a personality assessment that felt fresh and approachable while resonating within a corporate setting. The goals was to move aways from tradition personality labels and instead use symbols to foster inclusivity and creativity, making it accessible and enjoyable for participants of all levels.
Solutions-To address this challenge, the quiz was crafted with symbols that loosely align with the DISC model, creating a relatable framework without relying on jargon. Each symbol reflects key personality traits, making the quiz easy to understand and apply in the workplace. Clear, engaging descriptions were added to help employees connect their personality type to real-world scenarios, fostering teamwork and communication.
Results- Participants enjoyed discovering their personality symbol which sparked discussions and insights within teams. Employees reported feeling more self aware and better equipped to collaborate, recognizing their strengths and appreciating the diversity in their colleagues styles. The quiz was not only fun but also practical, adding value to the corporate environment by building self-awareness and fostering a positive team culture.
