Summary: The Azalea Avenue web design project involved a comprehensive transformation of Azalea Health's company-wide Intranet, consolidating disparate pages into a centralized knowledge base. Challenge: The challenge was to address the limitations of the existing Intranet system, which had a low average engagement rate of just 4%. The goal was to overcome the inefficiencies and enhance employee interaction with the Intranet, fostering better internal communication and knowledge-sharing.
Solution: The solution involved a comprehensive overhaul of the Intranet, resulting in the creation of Azalea Avenue. This new design consolidated information into a singular, central knowledge base, significantly improving accessibility and user experience. The strategic redesign aimed to address the specific shortcomings of the previous system, promoting increased engagement among employees.
Result: Following the launch of Azalea Avenue, there was an immediate and substantial impact on employee engagement. Within the first 24 hours, the engagement rate soared from 4% to an impressive 25%. This significant increase highlighted the project's success in enhancing internal communication and knowledge-sharing capabilities within the organization. The transformed Intranet, Azalea Avenue, successfully achieved its goal of providing a more effective and engaging platform for employees, marking a notable improvement in the company's internal communication dynamics.
